We provide detailed guides for different Operating System versions. In most cases you can select between OpenVPN and PPTP to connect to our service.
It is recommended to use OpenVPN to connect to our service. OpenVPN surpasses firewalls and routers easier and is more secure than PPTP. PPTP is considered broken and should really only be used on platforms where OpenVPN is not available.
We also put together general information about the VPN protocols we support. This information can be used when connecting with systems we do not provide guides for.
If you experience problems when following a guide, please refer to our Problem Guide and the FAQ first. If these documents do not provide enough information for solving your problem, visit our online chat or use the Help Wizard to contact the support.
If you find an error or think there is something missing write us an email to feedback@ipredator.se.
